Marketing without video
As an introvert, video marketing doesnβt sound super exciting. No amount of potential βvirality or βreachβ could ever entice you to try it out. If anything, itβs a huge hurdle.
Youβve tried video marketing and it tires you out. Turns out, it takes SO much more time and energy (and mind drama!) to film a one minute video than to write a 2,500 word blog post.
Perhaps you feel that you truly express yourself better through writing ποΈ or drawing π¨ or speaking ποΈ or anything else that isnβt video. But at the same time, you've been told that video is THE BEST and ONLY WAY to build know, like and trust.
However, my clients and I are the exact opposite. We do marketing WITHOUT video and have a sustainable marketing strategy that is aligned with our energy as introverts π
This looks like NOT having to adhere to a strict schedule of βconsistentlyβ creating content every day π€§, or writing 15 βgenuineβ comments and engaging on other peopleβs posts for 20 minutes a day π₯±, or posting on every single platform to have a βwiderβ reach π΅βπ«.
Because Iβm sure youβve seen tweets, blog posts and even podcast episodes and newsletters go viral. This is literal proof that written and audio content (not only videos) can go viral, have a wide reach and build know, like and trust.
β¨ Letβs explore marketing without video and use your introverted-ness and strengths to your advantage.

Doing things differently
From starting a couple of Etsy stores, planning to leave my full-time job, transitioning from employee to business owner, pivoting from Virtual Assistant (VA) to Marketing & Content Strategist to Business Coach, trying new things and so much more, I never had a single label that I could strongly identify with (perhaps other than βIntrovertβ!).
Iβve always found that Iβm unable to neatly fit myself into any boxes, no matter how hard I try. I believe that life is a multi-dimensional + non-linear experience, so thereβs NO one specific way that youβre βrequiredβ to live your life.
Starting my entrepreneurship journey was the path that allowed me to do things my way and explore and experience so many different things that I otherwise wouldnβt have.
And as an introvert, I found that doing things the way everyone says should be done, created a lot of friction, mind drama and frustration for me. So I decided to do things differently, in my own way that actually embrace my introverted-ness.
Weβre only human and this is our crazy, messy journey. All our paths look so different. Thereβs nothing that can be compared.

Over the 24 weeks weβve worked together, Iβve made back over 5 times on the amount Iβve invested in the coaching program.
But beyond the numbers, the time and flexibility I now enjoy because of the lifestyle the business affords me is so much more valuable.

ππ»ββοΈ Hi, my name is Esther. Iβm a Marketing & Content Coach + Marketing Manager + self-taught designer + Etsy shop owner + many other things.
My very first dream (that I can remember) as a child, was to be a writer or author. I dare say Iβve fulfilled 50% of my dream as I primarily write for a living π So the next goal would be to write a book π and officially become an author!
Iβm based in Singapore πΈπ¬ where I grew up in. I love to travel, eat, read, write, sleep, make drinks (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic), watch K-dramas & π± cat videos, buy aesthetic household items & cute things and be a homebody. I truly enjoy the quiet, introvert life. Lol.
Iβm also currently learning web development and search engine optimisation (SEO) to add to my repertoire of skills π
βοΈ Iβm passionate about providing education and work opportunities for women and girls. If you're a non-profit that does this work, please get in touch with me and let's see how we can partner up.
